Fee Payment Options
HMH offers flexible options for payment of fees. The Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct allow HMH to represent its clients on a contingency fee basis in certain types of cases where the client seeks recovery of money damages. The best way to describe a contingency fee arrangement is that the firm does not earn a fee unless and until HMH generates a recovery for the client. The benefit of this fee arrangement is that client does not pay fees out-of-pocket. The fee is paid from the recovery generated. For cases where a contingency fee arrangement is not available, HMH accepts all major credit cards and can customize fee payment schedules to meet the needs of its clients on a case-by-case basis.
